Exchange & Return

In case of damage or error in the product sent:

Dear customer, if you are not satisfied with the product due to damage that occurred to the product during the shipping process or if you received a product different from what you ordered:

  • Replacement or return is free of charge provided that the product is unused.


If there is no damage or error in the sent product:

  • The product must be unused.
  • A fee of 25 riyals is charged inside the Kingdom and 35 riyals outside the Kingdom.
  • If the delivery was free because the customer's order exceeded the free delivery limit and the total of his order after modification became under the free delivery limit, he will pay the delivery amount.
  • In the event of a full return of the order, the return fee and previous shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.


Recovery mechanism:

  • A shipping policy will be sent to you, and then you will hand over your product to the shipping company.
  • The amount will be refunded within a maximum of 14 working days after ensuring the safety of the product.
